About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been practicing since 2003. I consider the therapeutic relationship to be the foundation for change, healing, and growth. It is my goal to provide a compassionate, safe, and judgment-free space in which to help support my clients in identifying their strengths and moving closer to who they want to be.

My main areas of expertise include working with children, teens and women who are dealing with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and life transitions. Additionally, I hold a certification in perinatal mental health (PMH-C) and work with women who are planning to become pregnant, are currently pregnant, are currently postpartum, and those experiencing infertility. I use a range of evidence-based approaches, including person-centered therapy, strength-based counseling, compassion-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
